How to apply for your slot at the Galaktus Indie Booth?
In 2026 we’re taking things to another level! Join us with 8-10 different expos and conferences around the globe – the more events you go with us to the more flexible we are at pricing things 
We’ll be visiting events on almost all continents so let us know what you’re interested in!
Booth Types and Prices:
We propose three booth sizes and additional services:
- Small booth (one game – approx. 4 sqm)
- Medium booth (two games – approx. 6 sqm)
- Large Booth (three games – approx. 8 sqm)
Additional services including media, influencers, press coverage, custom booth or a dedicated community manager on site can be further explored after contact at biuro@galaktus.pl.
Each package includes:
- Expo spot in B2C hall
- Our assistance at the booth
- Someone to attend your game (extra fee)
- Branding for the game
- Necessities such as electricity, carpet, PC, monitor, peripherals and cleaning
- Exhibitor tickets (Access to all B2C and B2B halls)
- Access to Galaktus BizHub Booth at Gamescom or other B2B booth at event
- Appropriate age-rating
- Feature on the event website and Steam event
- Mention in the Galaktus Indie Booth lineup and socials
EARLY BIRD
If you’d like to get an additional 10% discount – book with us today, before January 15th 2026!
On top of that we will be giving out tickets and discounts for events like DevGAMM, Digital Dragons and GIC. You can also get a free MeetToMatch for one of their supported events in 2025. Each spot you take with us within the Early Bird option gives you a chance for more bonus stuff from us!
Submissions:
Submissions will open in mid January and will run until the end of June. During this time, we await your application and are here to answer any queries you may have. Submissions can be made to biuro@galaktus.pl.
