About Galaktus Agency and indie booths
2011-2017
Since 2011, Galaktus Agency has been dedicated to supporting game developers and publishers worldwide, connecting them with unparalleled opportunities to showcase their games to the global gaming community. We’ve had the pleasure to show games, publishers and hardware games at various events over the years – Gamescom, Poznan Game Arena, Intel Extreme Masters Katowice, Dreamhack, Paris Games Week and EGX London.
Since 2013 we were operating at several events a year – building booths, showcasing brands and growing attention around our partners. We were responsible for delivering a full-scale event presence – building the booths, taking care of the brand communication, on-site representation, interviews and more. The experience we got by that time allowed us to move forward and start initiating bigger campaigns and in international scale.
2018
In 2018 we were ready to pull-off our first big-scale international activity – booth presence at Gamescom. Aside from that project we also delivered bigger expositions at Poznan Game Arena, Intel Extereme Masters Katowice and Digital Dragons that year.
2019
In 2019 we delivered full B2C and B2B booths for several brands like Green Hell, Ancestors: Legacy and Blair Witch. We pulled off interesting engaging activation to gamers visiting Gamescom and arranged PR and influencer actions around it.
2022
When Gamescom’22 returned as a first post-COVID full-time event we were certain we’d make quite the return to our cores. Wwe delivered B2B and B2C presence for games like Fort Solis or Achilles: Legends Untold. The 2022 edition ensured us that events are finally back and we’re here to deliver them even to the biggest of brands.
Since second half of 2022 was open for big events, we couldn’t pass on the opportunity to visits some other big international expos in Europe – Paris Games Week and EGX London. On both events we had the chance to meet with French and English press, influencers and crowds eager to check up new games and new hardware products. It was amazing after 2 years to see that expos were back and rocking.
2023
In 2023, we took our mission to the next level with the launch of the Galaktus Indie Booth. Debuting at Gamescom 2023, the booth has quickly gained recognition and popularity. Gamers could check up a full scale indie booth, talk with devs, have a selfie and make sure they’re not missing on anything hot coming their way in months to come.
2024
In 2024 we took the next step – grow our experience beyond Europe. Our passionate team worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life, and today our Galaktus Indie Booth has become a fixture at four major global events across three continents, including Gamescom, PAX East, PAX West, and Tokyo Game Show.
With a spacious exhibition area of up to 200 square meters, our booths accommodated almost 50 developers from 15 countries, offering a platform to showcase their creations to hundreds of thousands of attendees. Developers can select from various booth packages, including larger exhibition slots and exclusive perks such as influencer engagement and media coverage leading up to the events.
2025
In 2025 we continued our story and delivered another smash of events – Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show, Poznan Game Arena and Digital Dragons (among a few more). Our biggest exposition was Gamescom with 7 booths we arranged, our own Galaktus BizHub Booth, Galaktus Indie Booth and custom booths for Bohemia Interactive and One More Level. We were honored to showcase almost 100 games and studios in b2b and b2c halls and be a home to Polish gamedev industry at our Galaktus Mixer at our BizHub Booth.
